Why oh why would anyone send you BTC as payment for a cybercoin "backed by an ounce of silver" that YOU MAY or MAY NOT be holding, when they can go to the nearest coin shop or buy it on the internet, and then hold it in their hot little hand and know they own it?

I don't believe it's a scam.  I know it's a scam.  It costs less than $100 to start an LLC.  Anyone can start a company.  Means nothing.  What would mean something is reserves of silver.  Enough reserves so that anyone at any time could trade in their crypteksilver coin or whatever it's called for ounces of silver.  I don't believe you have that.
