does this allows us to mine at both pools at the same time?

Yes, but you have to run two instances, pointing to different pools, basically that halves your hash rate (total will be the same).

thanks joelao for clearing that up.

What should i set an 8 core cpu threads to in the config? 8 or more?

8 will be the maximum; also compare with running 7 or 6 cores; if no significant reduction then use a lower core number.

1000 XMG, at this moment around 7,5 euro.
That's a very special gesture I suppose, I think this is rather unique in the crpypto world.
Thank you very much, Joe!

WHY Mine Magi?

Magi because it doesn't help botnets win, as regulars with less hash power perform on a better scale overall, and as more miners jump in, the rewards increase community-wide.

Plan to rent a rig soon.  50% already booked though. Someone took the rentals I was going to take. Btc was pending arrival in my account. Oh well...  I'll get the next m7m listing
