CZ didnt quit. In fact we spent a lot of time to day working out the details of a huge fundraiser that will allow BBR to raise more than XMR has raised to date.

I did hear that FluffyPony and Risto quit XMR and that was why the price is down though. Wink

If CZ is leaving BBR (which I doubt) I hope he considers setting up a CN consulting company. I'm sure as the XMR economy grows his mastery of the CN codebase will be in great demand. XMR will need equivalents to localbitcoins.com, coinbase, mycelium, breadwallet. If we can move past this CN sibling rivalry, XMR has a real shot at becoming a #2 or #3 cryptocurrency. I'd be much more optimistic about that happening with CZ's help than without it.

Your logic makes no sense. His mastery of CN will lead to BBR being the #2 or #3 cryptocurrency.

BBR will have equivalents to localbitcoins, coinbase, mycelium, etc.

Just because you may have bought into the XMR hype, it doesnt matter. Both coins are so small right now, that a year from the landscape will have completely changed.

In fact, your inverse logic is EXACTLY why BBR is such a great investment.

Once BBR releases its new development plan in a couple of weeks, you'll start to see how silly this comment looks.

Mate, I think you may got this cryptoNote stuff all wrong. It wasn't invented to make you more money or something, it's point should be to make some aspects of life more convenient and fluid for all. One does not necessary wont the wife to count every satoshy he spends at a local bar Wink
As long as you and I, and anyone else for that matter, cannot name all possible use of XMR and BBR they are not necessary in competition but they are kinda exploring a niches in the Darwinian process. Don't have to mention how them duckys have started to define its niche. At the end, its communities are rather complementary right now, it is only naturalthat they will find somewhat different uses. Devs are helping each other when things go rough and that is what it matters, and that you seem to declare you wish for. If you paint world black and whihte, as you may wish to appear, you neglect creativity that can and will happen. I'm saying you do not have to make money aggressively. There should be tipping point of it with respect of good taste.

You actually do make xmr looks bad, ppl like you make all this forum look bad. But back to the point, it is good that the projects are different and there is nothing to spread a FUD about. It is all normal, just relax mate. I'm sure that you'll get your investment back with profit, or whatever floats your boat, if you do not wont it too hard Wink In few years time kids are gonna code CN probably better than addults anyways
