it seems rollback is working fine.
Pos mining is fast and working smoothly.
Thanks to choose stay with this coin rather than abandon it.

Ok guys, we just finished reviewing and updating to the most recent code.

Couple of problems, and I'm open to suggestions.  We are currently short ~325k because of where the cut off block as done.  The 10M deposit never processed, but ~325k that was processed and credited never showed up.

We obviously can't open being short - so, I leave it to the dev and the community to help us raise the funds.  It is entirely not possible for us to roll back those deposits/transactions.

This could have been avoided all together if the dev would have synced and verified with us before choosing a block, or by premining the extra needed.  However, at this time, there isn't much we can do without balancing our wallet.

thanks,
richie@bittrex

Can you post a donation address for community donation?
i believe community will donate for this.
thanks man

That does seem like the most obvious answer doesn't it? Wink

This is my bittrex wallet... if we can get 325k in here, I can just zero my own balance out which would balance the wallet.  Will be happy to provide updates if this is the best way to do this.

[update]
BTW, my 325k number is probably low.  Going through the transactions, there seems to be deposits on the new blockchain that I have not accounted for... I will try to get a more accurate number shortly.

thanks,
richie

7629, dev said @ https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=803667.msg9161114#msg9161114

You can also verify it through the blockchain by seeing that block 7629 was on October 7 whereas block 7630 October 10

If anyone should fork over coins its those who got them on Bter during the crash. Someone got 630,000 coins for 0.35 Bitcoin according to that market history. Whether they still have them post-roll back I dont know but if there are people here that are sitting on hundreds of thousands of coins that they got for 1/20th of the price the rest of us paid on average then they should do the right thing and pay up.

Lord knows they will be rolling in it once it kicks off again.

Blame those who tried to rip each and every person here off by mining blocks with millions of coins.
