Ok..How long does it usually take to receive?

Some seconds most of the time. Waiting for confirmations is another matter, but you'll see the funds unconfirmed in a few seconds.
Right now they have 1 confirmation and could already be spent, alebeit with some risk that the transaction could be reversed by a fork on the blockchain.

Open a thread on the Marketplace. On the Currency Exchange subforum.
Just don't sell to newbies who'll most likely screw you. I'm sure there will be some respectable member there willing to buy your bitcoins with Paypal.
