- The next 4M for the PoW and after that pure PoS
-Minimum Stake: 12 hours
-Maximum Stake: unlimited
-Re-Target time: 15 seconds
-Target Spacing: 40 seconds
-PoS Interest: 10% annually

40% funds gather from the ICO will be used as buy back guarantee, to make sure ICO investor will gain benefit from it, using the buy back guarantee we will make sure the coins price will be above the ICO price, CLC gain from the buy back guarantee program will be keep in cold storage leaving total number of coins in circulation decrease thus increasing the value of the coin ( means we will keep buying all coins below 200 sat and keep them in cold storage)
10% funds will be used to buy CLC and circulate them as bounties, giveaway and airdrop, details of this will be coming soon
and 50% will be use as continual development for CLC

Hi, i dont want to spill all the fun about this coin out yet

but i believe some are curious about the buy back guarantee

initially price for ICO is 200sat and 250 sat

when it hit exchanges, most people will surely dump it after they get it from PoW, to ensure our ICO investor, we will create a bot that automatically buy CLC that got price below 200 sat, using 40% of the total BTC raised from ICO

the CLC will then be keep in cold storage and destroyed, leaving less number of CLC in circulation, this way the value of CLC will rise , and the un purchase CLC from ICO will also be destroyed
