I clean all of the dust out of my system probably every 6 months.  Having a case with dust screens in the front has helped keep the inside cleaner than previous cases.

never really in one piece long enough to get dirty im always pulling drives out upgrading bit in them... maybe when they make a computer with 20 sata ports and 50 USB ports it will stay in one piece long enough to get dirty

I clean my own on an "as needed" basis; however, it may end up being every month.

I have a laptop i cleans it probably once a week or so. I have a dusting cloth and a cleaning liquid right on my table. So i cleans it whenever there's dust on it. About the inside i never opened the casing yet.

I plan to clean my computer every 6 months but every time when the day X comes, I delay it until the kernel panic message (or black screen / frozen screen) arises, which forces me to open the tower case to inspect which component broke today because all of the dust and dirth inside.
