any site to do that ? and what are the rates exactly Any answer is Highly appreciated https://localbitcoins.com/I would suggest to never sell BTC for paypal. Paypal can and will often be reversed. Once the confirmations come in BTC is real and cannot be reversed. Only sell your BTC in person of a respected exchange.

I wonder if there will be any changes to this policy, if you are buying BTC, since they have now partially integrated it. They should make it so that if you can prove that the transaction occurred, you cannot charge it back...

any site to do that ? and what are the rates exactly Any answer is Highly appreciated Most every user who buys Bitcoin/Sells Bitcoin with Paypal often gets scammed or scams the person. They just do a charge back on the transaction and walk away with the Bitcoin, since Bitcoin's transactions can't be "undone". If your going to buy Bitcoin checkout: LocalBitcoins, Coinbase, Circle

If your going to buy Bitcoin checkout: LocalBitcoins, Coinbase, Circle Like I mentioned above, there is a possibility that this will change in the future, since Paypal is slowly integrating BTC. I don't know how difficult it would be for them to be able to implement a little tracker like how you put the tracking number when you ship something...you could post the BTC address there for the blockchain or something like that...

any site to do that ? and what are the rates exactly Any answer is Highly appreciated There is a round about way of buying bitcoins with paypal. You can fund a virwox exchange account with paypal, then buy second life linden dollars there. Afterwards you can buy bitcoins with your linden dollars and withdraw them. There is a tutorial at the link below. http://buy-bitcoin-with-paypal-paysafecard-credit-card-ukash.com/

If you have money on paypal, just get a paypal debit card and use it on Circle.com to buy coins.

I think he was asking where to buy BTC using PayPal funds. I also like to know this cause I have plans to buy some when I got enough funds on my PayPal.

So there is no option to sell BTC for paypal.
Plenty of options if you want to get scammed as paypal is easily reversed.

Your best bet is Virwox.com. It would be hard for you to buy bitcoins with paypal elsewhere unless you have a huge feedback and trust.

Thank you for your answers guys , I may give Virwox.com a shot as you said. I'am not trying to scam anyone , its just because Paypal is the only payment method that I have (+ bitcoin) , but I guess I still can create Skrill since I got my Prepaid MasterCard and can activate it ? or can be scammed too ?

http://www.purse.ioYou go on there and find the amount you want to buy at what rate. When you click on the link you will then make an Amazon purchase for goods of the seller. Once the purchase has been delivered you get the bitcoins. It is fairly active.

Virwox can get you quite bad exchange rate since you need to buy lindens there and sell them to btc. Lots of provisions.

Once the purchase has been delivered you get the bitcoins. It is fairly active. Speaking from experience ? Yes, as a seller. Sellers go to Amazon and choose the item/items they want. They create a wishlist then post the link on purse.io along with how many bitcoins they are willing to pay for those items. The amount goes up on the buy list and when someone makes the purchase they send you a message. Purse.io holds your bitcoins in escrow. Once the item arrives, you release the bitcoins to the buyer. I have used it a few times to get some good discounts on Amazon items.
