It's true, also read several studies backing up it up and really it's quite logic when you think about it. What I find sad however is how much of a stress moment this can be and girls (and boys) sometimes desperately trying to "fit in". It's like there is some secret on how to actually achieve a good body. But really a good body reflects nothing but disciplin. It's not magic, check the boxes with hard training along with a lot of good food and the results will come. Like really THEY WILL COME. All the information is out there already!
