If you are not using 2FA in your online bitcoin wallet or your mailing addresses or any other service that provides the option of 2FA, Pls do use it, its recommended for sure. 2FA is 2 factor authentication if you don't know about it Google it.
My Question is what kinda 2FA is more secure .?

I've a lot of problems with authenticator. I think it's something to do with my phone not syncing to that app's time even though it was set to compensate.

Can't be arsed to be locked out of some rather important sites so it's SMS for me. I've no idea whether it's more secure though.

I personally avoid Google authenticator if I have other options to use. I don't find it as secure as Sms/voice call although I have heard theories contradicting it.

i use google authenticator
if i lose my phone, how can i reactivate my google authenticator?

When you set up a new authenticator account it gives you the seed to recover it if you lose your phone. Make a note of it and keep it in a safe place or you'll have to contact site admins or you may be locked out for good.
