Well it all really depends on what you want in an exchange. A lot of people trade their BTC on exchanges like BTC-e and Bitstamp. Personally, I use Cryptsy and Bittrex for my Alts, and BTC-E for LTC and BTC trades. Mostly the former though as I have more fun and make more trading alts.

It depends on your subjective idea, because each Exchange are known as they have one million users, we can not tell which is true or false

I think that the biggest exchanges at this moment is Bitstamp and BTC-E. Moreover, a large number of bitcoin resources are focused on BTC price, defined by these exchanges

Some would consider BTCchina is the biggest and it is definitely not the best Just find one that you would consider safe, that's far more important.

You would definitely want to use an exchange, which has more number of users, as that guarantees, quick exchanges. Some sites , people hardly trade, and remains dead.

It seems they all have their fair share of customers, I do prefer certain ones over others. But it just seems to me they ALL have some sort of inside 'ways' of using the coins to get the customers, I think from insider Dev connections of course. I mean many make money, but many lose as well. Can never prove but well, as regular folks what can we do?
