This happens in Texas daily. Cops use the "War on Drugs" as an excuse to seize innocent people's money. Then when they try to recover the money, it is stuck in bs government red tape. This should be considered a crime if you ask me. I couldn't get away with forcing someone to give me their money, why should the cops get a free pass?
