It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

PayPal contribute to 21% of total world transactions... So having something like this integrated with Bitcoin is huge bonus.

It has been a plan of paypal, I think. Paypal wants more users, and cash.. Smiley Integrating with bitcoin will surely helps both purpose.
