What is this?

Let's give an example like, you wanted to download torrent, but you don't have time for torrent, or just have problems with P2P, here i come. I download the file and upload it to a high-speed webserver which you can download from.

What is the price?

I'll take 0.00045 BTC for every 1 GB/GO file.

How long does it take?

Depends on the file, around 10 GB takes average 1 hour, then i'll PM the download link.

What about seed/ratio?
If you want me to seed a file/file you sent, contact me through PM.

Will it be automatic soon?
I really want the same too, but it's not free as there are server costs, i'll see through the orders but in case that you want to donate for that feel free to use this address;

I can do 250mbit upload on a FTP so yeah pretty high upload speed

The user puts in the .torrent file and then your server gets the total file size and gives them an invoice (for the BTC), after paying the invoice, it would get download the torrent file. I can totally do this, if you are willing to work together for this sort of service.

great idea. I used to have issues when torrents in my university were not allowed , and I used to try and use sites which used to offer this service. Pay per download makes it much better than pay per month. Having an auto upload via a script might be a great idea to convert this service into an actual business.
