Mmmm I'm not big on things you have to apply for like at Swarm, that means that they are judging whether or not your project is good enough to get listed. Sort of defeats the purpose of crowdfunding, they should just allow an open listing. I tend to check out https://bitcoinstarter.com/ every now and again, seems more open.
