Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

You know it's possible some of us are just trying to help our fellow bitcoiners. Smiley

I worry people have completely disregarded all the facts about Bitcoin. Its like a stock where 25 new shares are issues every 10 minutes thereby driving the price down of all currently existing stock.

I understand some of the early rampant speculation but I feel like folks have lost their heads. A $30 Bitcoin seems a lot more sane to me than a $300 Bitcoin given this constant depreciation.
