hi,

when i set up my OKCoin account with 2f-authetication i was never provided with a seed to set it up again after losing access to my phone. i was assuming that i just have to contact the support to solve the issue. thats how they do it at kraken.com

but now i'm not even able to contact support at OKCoin.cn without providing my 2f-auth.

so far i didn't get any reply from service@okcoin.com and the only OKCoin representative i could find here seems to write only in chinese in the chinese local sub board.

i think they have a representative at reddit, but i don't remember the username Sad

can anybody help?

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

thx for providing me with their skype name: okcoinsupport

after sending a copy of my passport to support@okcoin.com the issue got solved immediately.

on reddit (r/okcoin) i got a fast reply as well.

very good support! i just don't get, why they don't have their skype name or the support@okcoin.com adress on their webpage. service@okcoin.com does not answer to english mails.

Hi viajero,

I know we got this worked out for you already but in the future you can email support@okcoin.com(service@okcoin.com is for the Chinese site but if you email them they will forward it to the international team who can respond in English).

You can also contact us on reddit.com/r/okcoin as you did, or contact /u/zanetackett directly for help. Or message this account on here and we'll have someone get back to you.

We don't put our skype name on our site because for the time being there is an impostor with the name OKCoinSupport who is trying to phish accounts. The correct name is OKCoin Support. As soon as we get them removed we will post it back on the site.

I hope this helps,
OKCoin Support
