ok, got a few questions prior to considering this:
a) can I set my own DNS servers?
b) do you allow the setup of glue records?
c) can you guarantee you will not block my domains without any reason demanding me to "identify myself due to whatever reason you have"

Sorry for the down Billing site, this was a DB problem. But like all hosting companies our sites are on different server's than our customer's. So it was nothing more than a DB problem on our site.
