i don't think there is a complete list of altcoins, there are just too many.

Imo Magi XMG is the best altcoin at the moment.
Its unique and its cpu-only.
There no altcoin ever used M7M and has a POM campaign.
The dev and community are super!
XMG has a good future!

Unobtanium, UNO.
Just check the steady rise that started in July and is now in it's 4th month.
Block reward halves this week. There is virtually no downward pressure from miner dumping.
Fair launch, no POS, virtually no inflation, community & devs intact ,and it's turning 1 year old in a few days. Vetted coins like UNO are few. Worth a close look.
