Factory reset for S1 miner?

Long story short, I can't log into my S1 miner.

I originally changed the LAN ip to one that will work on my 10.0.1.xx network.

I can't log in via web interface, nor ssh into the machine at its IP.

It is online and hashing, and I see traffic from the miner's IP in Wireshark captures I have taken.

Is there a factory reset I can try?
