PS: I'm gonna remove some more users as they stick to 20 posts only (they were paid in full), that's not against the rules, however I see a lot of users who make 50 and 100 posts per bi-weekly, and I'm gonna try to make this campaign more productive by rotating users.

Good thinking. I saw the payment come in and came to check this thread out, and was surprised to see starting posts listed as 1010, while it should've been 1007. Thankfully, I was just over the line.

Why wouldn't you? People have scammed for less than that, so that isn't a valid excuse. The real question is; why did you tell us that you switched wallets and that you won't be using your old one that often. This implies that you switched wallets, without deleting the previous one. So why are you bitching at us? You should still have access to your previous wallet (and else you should have clearly specified that you removed it).

Oh yeah, you also called this campaign a scam without a valid reason. You are a dick.

Waiting two more days before I call this a scam.

I have removed my signature, if you decide that I can continue then let me know and I will put the signature back on. I do not wish to give away any more free advertising (as you started the campaign several days after you made your OP, receiving several days of free advertising).

If you were expecting more then 20 posts then you should ask for more then 20 posts, it is not fair to ask for one thing then expect for more. I am very busy with RL things and took the time to advertise for you based on what you were asking for.

Well to be fair he did send notification to you before you sent payments. It was sent when the payment should have been made. It was also well known that the OP was going to be out of town and without internet access (the fact that the OP had not logged in confirms this). The fact that the OP had logged in for several days would mean that someone could have PM'ed him that his address needed to be changed several days ago, and was reckless to send payment without first checking his PMs.
