What do people mean by "starts today".  I signed up about a week ago and as far as I new, the campagin started at the moment I was accepted.  Did I misunderstand something?

The campaign didn't start the day you signed up, it started the day he filled all the spaces.

Well, on OP's spreadsheet, there's a heading that says "24.08.2014 Posts Count". So I assume that he'll check posts and pay everybody on the 24th.

Super confusing!  He said he was paying every 2 weeks, so why would you assume that he won't check until a month has passed?  

Furthermore, to the folks who say that things don't start when you sign up, I don't understand why OP thinks he would get free advertizing from the day we actually put his signature until the day he finally decides to "start".

FWIW, OP hasn't chimed in here yet so I'm just waiting for clarification.  However, I know that I've been wearing his signature for at least a week,  if he's not going to be counting that time persiod, I'm going to be resigning and leaving negative feedback.  He can't expect to ask people to wear his ad for free while he waits for things to "fill up".

I'm sure there's some reasonable explanation, looking forward to hearing it from bitdice.me.

Relax dude. Obviously he does that for convenience. It's better to have a single pay date rather than paying everyone on seperate dates...
One or two days of extra advertisement isn't that much of a deal...

See, I think that he has made it clear enough. If you read through his posts, where it CLEARLY stated that the campaign would start when all the slots were full, and you didn't like his conditions, then why did you join and THEN come and ask him? Because it's not something he didn't make clear at the beginning of the campaign. If you don't like it, then get out. There are others in the queue that would absolutely love your spot.
