I noticed when there are transactions mades that includes several addresses in your wallet as the reciver MultiBit will put them all as Received with one of my addresses.

so say there is a transaction that has output like

to address1 0.2
to address2 0.3
to address3 0.4

It will show up as
0.2 received with address1
0.3 received with address1
0.4 received with address1

I am not sure I can follow you. You received a TX with several receiving address of your own? Usually most clients (not only Multibit) only show the TXs that concern you. So if you receive a payment on a single address (you own) it would show only your address, because the other addresses are not yours.

Im not really here, its just your imagination.
