i will start a bussines and will need to send multiple payment (to many bitcoin account) - SAME amount

I NEED SIGN my account with a message and with my site link if possible.

Which bitcoin software allow this, whats the best to use? - I will send, if possible with less fees
Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

You can use blockchain.info wallet. For multiple sends use their Custom send feature and to sign a message use Public Notes.
You can also tag your bitcoin address here.

My BTC address : 1KfS1c14Tg2hgQEVz2bCJeFox6FpyYFvM6

If you want to show a message alongside your transaction, I am afraid blockchain.info is the only choice AFAIK.

What do u mean by signing message here ? What u see on blockchain.info Tx is one thing and signing a message from your address is another.

It does not happen that way. Receiver is supposed to provide an unique address to u to identify your payment.
