So, I just got off the phone with the Tech at GAWminer about my withdrawl that is not confirming because of "TX Malleability" (
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=816250.new#new) . After trying to explain to him that I hadn't even recieved the BTC, I went to show him the Blockchain.info TX stats. He was surprised that I had "Found out" their BTC address, and asked me how I got this info. He then asked me where I got that "Screenshot" from, and I said that the blockchain info was public knowledge and available to anyone at anytime. He then put me on hold, came back and told me that by BTC was "lost". Then he sent me a form to fill out to get my coin back.
How the bloody hell did this rude, and IQ of a goldfish support worker get a job, for support, at a freaking mining company? I have lost total confidence in GAWminer, and am quite disgusted that the support worker didn't even know what a blockchain was.
This is the second issue i've had with them, the first being putting my miner up for sale, it disappearing and no payment in my account.
Once I get my miners sold and my TX confirmed, I will be avoiding these guys like Ebola.
If there is any strain of hope left in this world, GAW/ZENminer, please hire capable tech workers, that at least know what a freakin blockchain is before selling Bitcoin related services.
