Author Topic: Antminer S1: Internet Light On But Not Blinking  (Read 1517 times)

Normally, when the S1 is successfully mining, the green LEDs on both boards flicker quickly. The fan spins too.

But now, theres a solid green light on the primary board (no light on the other one). The fan is off too and my pool settings and PSU are set up correctly. I'm wondering what the non blinking green light means. It also turns off for a bit, but then turns on later.

Can the miner successfully connect to the internet / pools?

You can check this by SSHing into the S1 and then using the following command:

"ping XXXXXXX.COM"

Don't include quotations in the command if you decide to run it. If it successfully pings it then you know it isn't an internet connection error, however if it fails to ping the site then it's an internet connection error.
