I tested the app from windows store in a Nokia Lumia wp 8.1

First of all, when the app starts the WWC logo has oval shape.
Then the twitter and about screens appears a bit cut by the side. The twitters links to bitcointalk aren't clickable.
The slide between twitter to about screen works fine, the about to twitter slide doesn't work. You need to slide the header to return at previous tweets screen.
The scroll works fine. When you click a tweet, a new screen show the whole tweet.

Windows 7 does not use/support apps. Apps were introduced to Windows OS with ver 8
