Since the switch over at Mintpal I like many other members cannot access our accounts. I am not recognised, neither are my 400 DRK, I have had no word in 3 days and feel I am being scammed.
Beware of depositing anything at Mintpal.com - I thought it was safe but am not sure now!!

Have you tried resetting your password, vrcointrader? That's what I had to do. I think the recent DDOS, plus the length of time it took for them to get things up and running after their update, did shake a lot of people up and some people had trouble getting into their accounts afterward. do you even read / know what is going on?!!!
they are putting a lot of effort to rise from ashes and is not that easy to secure a crypto exchange platform.
True tho their timing for migration has been totally wrong and even worst the communications about it. they should have been migrating data way before, maybe during summer after acquisition, without public announcements. then finally test and publish the new version

i think this is not right time to deposit in there, because there are times of transition. and i lost some bitcoin and another alt coin there  i dont know maybe moolah have a mess data and earlier, I tried put 2FA, i have trouble with my 2FA and tried to unable but i can't no button for unable |

My experience is as follows:
I have reset my password, I can access my account.
I have withdrawn about 35% of my balance, it was done in less than 5 minutes
trading has some glitches, but so far so good.
I don't see a scam

I tried to withdraw earlier and the status was eventually updated to "ferror-failed" and my balance was not updated after it failed. I contacted their support and was told 4 hours ago that the migration team would be looking at it. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. If I get my coins back I will make damn sure not to put them back into anything hosted by moolah.
