i can't say i have noticed much of a moderation. it's probably like a good referee in (european) football, if you don't notice him it means he didnt make any mistakes.

This is the case throughout the forum in various forms. It is not going to go away. It is forum policy to allow for people to express their opinions even if others think it is nothing more then FUD.

I saw mprep moderation many times becoz I report and when he see report he instantly do according to condition.

So I am happy with his moderation.

Like most of the mods here he is doing the best he can.  I would not ask for more.  With so many altcoins and so many agendas it has to be difficult.  I think he follows the rules of the forum.

I don't visit the altcoin section at all, but judging from the complaint threads in meta and mprep's calm and reasonable replies, I guess he has been doing a pretty good job there.
