There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Heh, Maybe after I get bored with regular... But that'll probably take a while.

I never did Hardcore in D2, but now there are these achievements & I love crossing things off of to-do lists.

The achievements are basically a bit to-do list Cheesy

Coinbase for selling BTCs
Fold for spending BTCs
PM me with any questions on these sites/apps!  http://www.montybitcoin.com

or Vircurex for trading alt cryptocurrencies like DOGEs
CoinNinja for exploring the blockchain.

Is the AH interface horrible, or am I just stupid? I finally made my first purchase on it - 3 flawless rubies for 1.2k gold (400g/unit). Instead of getting what I purchased, in the "Completed Auctions" tab, I received 2 flawless rubies and a 50g refund (rather, I paid 1150g for 2 units when I was told I'm buying them @ 400g/unit). What?? -And the "real-currency" AH is supposed to go live in a week?

Trying to find gear using Blizz's unspecified algorithm almost always returns nothing, and it seems pretty pointless trying to list items because it's very difficult to figure out the value due to being given no information on the market rate of similar items. Worse, I have a feeling there won't be Auctioneer-like mods allowed to run to make it usable.

Idunno. I think Ogrr may not have to try very hard to get a far superior third-party AH up.

ETA: uhh... okay. After resuming the game, I have 3, now.

ETA2: And another disconnect due to server issues trying to play single-player. This shit makes me really grumpy.  Angry You wouldn't like me when I'm grumpy.

I agree, I didn't find the AH to be very user friendly.

Then again I only poked around for a few minutes, might make more sense after I use it some more.
