Bitcoin Gaming / Gambling Sites

Hi,

I have few question in regards to the Bitcoin Gaming and/or Gambling Sites:

1, Where is the Bitcoin Wallet running? Is it on a VPS? Is it a QT Wallet? - e.g Moneypot.com / Edendice.com / Satoshidice
2, Do we have a command line for Deposits and Withdrawals?
3, How does the Web Page / Web Interface communicates with the Wallet?
4, Does the wallet of such sites stays unencrypted all the time?
5, Does every user have a unique wallet address?
6, The wallet addresses generated by the users generated in the local wallet running on the server / VPS (Question 1).
7, Where can you host these websites? Amazon / My Hosting / Go Daddy? Is there a specific OS requirement to run wallets?
8, Is there any role for Wallet Daemon in such sites?

I would appreciate if someone could clarify the above, or divert me to a guide explaining the above.
