Multi-sig escrow is turning people off.  I have lots of old hardware.  Name it I probably have it.  Perhaps you should state why old hardware is valuable to you.  I can think of only 2 possibilities:

A: you are collecting miners

B: you have ultra cheap or free power

Explain yourself: maybe you will expand my horizon.
