[Fulfilled] WTB Bitcoins $100 USD Dwolla - Help me help a newbie

I have a friend who is new to Bitcoins and looking to buy. Of course he's come up against the wall that everyone does and realized there's no easy way to get them. I'm offering to buy $100 in Bitcoins through Dwolla to sell to him through PayPal. Please let me know if you can help. Please also check the honest traders thread, you'll see I'm highly reputable.

EDIT: I've had suggestions to use an exchange, which I tried. But now Dwolla is asking for my papers. Do you think they'll accept the three year old community college ID I sent them?
