SCAM REPORT POSTED
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=838465.msg9363605#msg9363605

Edit- lost all my coin, Fairproof you're lucky for now. You made me wait weeks without support, made me sit there and watch my balance rot...and now it's in your pockets. good game.

Hello everyone, this is a warning thread to those who are even considering playing at fairproof
Below are two posts proving I have 4.3BTC locked in my account:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=287653.msg9069755#msg9069755
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=287653.msg9085317#msg9085317

Below are post links are emails I've gotten from FairProof regarding the matter, and since Monday I've received no response or support regarding my coins or "investigation"

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=287653.msg9104534#msg9104534
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=287653.msg9104925#msg9104925

Mind them, but I've made no more than 300 bets on my account and I can guarantee it does not take a whole business week to "investigate" hence why I am making this thread

I will be making a scam accusation if I don't get a response and my withdrawal by the end of Monday

In the meantime, do not play @ fairproof.com

that the 4.3 btc money you had won or had you deposited more than that ? i'm just wondering what there motivation is, maybe they simply don't have the funds to pay you !? (which is still no excuse, they shouldn't be in business without a bankroll and even if it were the case, they should have been upfront about that in their communications. IF . that were the case).

I also went on my account yesterday and saw 24/7 support, and I must say as frustrating as it is I laughed.

@salty my initial deposit was .5BTC but never the less I should still have 4.3BTC in my pocket, not -.5BTC.

Hopefully thats the case ndnhc as long as I get my money I'll be happy

and there is 'instant withdrawals' too.
Emailed them to remove those misleading phrases from the front page. Grin

how long are you willing to wait?

Found this:
Please be aware that the funds will be in your account just within 30 days after the last activity

i suggest you make a bet of 0.01 BTC (i don't know what is the lowest bet) for say 1.1x every 15 days or something.

That is a ridiculous condition.  Shocked
The money that you deposit gets forfeited after 30 days?

I was pretty shocking seeing the initial posts...
I'm still surprised no one with default trust has negged him yet? dooglus is usually all over this stuff

He has got several negative trust from users outside the default trust in the past months.
When OP make the scam accusation, he will definitely get a red score then.

TBH, I think you have done more than enough waiting on this matter. You should do it ASAP, to raise the awareness and warn others to stay away from the site.

The only reason I haven't done it yet is because they haven't been online. If they were logging in and active then I would have long ago, but I am just waiting on them to actually come online before I blast out the report.

Still sitting tight, BTC price is going up so at least this is preventing me from gambling Smiley

That's it, I'm putting the report up. I now have over 7.5BTC trapped in fair proof and can't be moved at all to my wallet, and still no response from Fairproof.

Don't think they're scam, but very slow to answer for sure - they made me wait for about a week as well but then I was able to cash out.

Best of luck with getting your money back!
