Experience with BTER

Anyone have experience with BTER? Good, bad? Heard it was good from a few people, but really no volume there... wondering why so low?

BTER has a very bad support. So if you got a problem, it can't really be solve.
Trading and withdrawing coins are fine.

Not bad. I have not had an issue yet. As for trading volume, which combination of currencies do you mean?

Bter has faster trading, deposit or withdrawal of coins. I have used them a few times for trading and it was a good experience.

Never used their support so I can't say about it.

They have listed many coins so volume could be pretty low in some coins.

I've traded there to buy and sell some kinds of coins (alt coin)
and i like their trading platform, fast confirmed and cool site
never have any problem before, so i never try to contact their customer support
about volume, if you talk about trade BTC to fiat, they have lo volume compared to another chinese exchange (especially who has "margin trade" feature)
but if you talk about trade BTC to altcoins, bter has good volume (because their volume = BTC/fiat trade + BTC/altcoin trade)

I've used them before in the past and had some delays when withdrawing, although they did respond within the same day and rectified the issue for me.
