Is there a payment processor that needs no account verification?

I just want a quick payment processor like PP, WU, Payza,...

it should be free to register (np if a % of receipt is taken as fees like payza)
No account/identity verification reqd for sending and receiving
And i should be able to receive funds. Not just pay.

Does any exist which meets all the conditions?
