Hello All,

jackbot.net  is here to provide the best crypto-currency price monitoring and notification service on the net! The design goals of our service were to keep it simple, reliable and effective. To that end, we'll keep this announcement short, as we think the best way to learn more is to try it! Jackbot.net will always have a free 10 day trial period and you can try out our alert editor demo without even signing up!

Here are a few quick notes about our service:

* monthly fees as low as 0.99$ USD. Never worry about messy credits or paying for text messages.
* we support very powerful rule combinations that are very easy to set up
* notifications by text message, email, or instance messaging
* near real-time notifications. Our pro-plan monitors prices on 15 second intervals.
* multi-condition alert rules

Whether you use a monitoring service today or not, we hope you will give us a try. Use coupon code TwoMonthsFree to get two months free to try it out!

Sincerely,
The jackbot.net team.

Now there are a lot of free monitoring and alert services via SMS and email.
Why do you think people will prefer jackbot.net?
Why monthly fees are in USD and not in cryptocurrency?
And thank you anyway for this new opportunity.

I may not be 100% up on the competition at this point, but this is based on what I know.

coinpatrol.com
   •   must constantly monitor credit levels and purchase credits
   •   doesn't have the alert setup flexibility and power of jackbot
   •   USD/BTC only

bitcoinreminder.com
   •   have to constantly monitor credit levels and purchase credits.
   •   SMS is expensive per message (13 - 20 cents per message). They also charge for each instant messages and emails.
   •   confusing interface and alert setup
   •   doesn't have the alert setup flexibility and power of jackbot

btc-monitor.com
   •   SSL cert has expired!
   •   free plan is email only
   •   paid plans are more expensive than jackbot
   •   doesn't have the alert setup flexibility and power of jackbot

mybitalert.com
   •   email only
   •   odd that you can set up an account without confirming an email address
   •   doesn't have the alert setup flexibility and power of jackbot
   •   some pages are failing to load for me. I'm getting 500 responses.

There are others but I think they are all pretty basic: just an email notification when the price hits a certain threshold. We honestly feel jackbot.net is the premium player on the market. That doesn't mean it's for everyone, but we do hope everyone will give it it look!

So the reasons for using our service are:
   •   alert setup is both easy and powerful
   •   no need to deal with credit purchases. subscription based.
   •   reliable and well tested
   •   price competitive, especially relative to ease of use and features

Btw, I'd love to add payment by crypto! It just wasn't in the plans for phase 1.

thanks for the feedback!
