No, it's based on your total wager. You can wager 1btc without ever even actually holding a whole btc. Just like I have wagered a total of 61btc but I have never had even a tenth of that. Also wagering 1btc only earns you 0.001 not 0.5

You use my affiliate link, and yes .001 for 1btc total wagered. This increases 2% for every 10btc you wager with a max of 70%
