Hallo,
Ich habe in riesen Problem ich nutze ja das Verfahren Google authenticator bei Bitcoin.de und Cex.io, ich musste nun mein Handy auf werk Einstellung setzen hat gesponnen nach update, nun kann ich mich nicht mehr einloggen bei Bitcoin.de und Cex.io da ich die opt nicht mehr angezeigt bekomme wie kann ich diese wiederherstellen oder irgendeine andere Möglichkeit?

Bei Bitcoin.de: Support anschreiben und dann muss man einen Betrag X als Verifizierung auf ihr Konto überweisen und 2FA ist wieder zurückgesetzt. Wie es bei CEX ist weiß ich nicht.

und in zukunft den Key zur 2FA aufschreiben. Der wird zusätzlich zu dem zu scannenden Barcode immer angezeigt. Damit kannst du es dann in zukunft manuell wieder herstellen. (Alternativ screenshot des Barcodes abspeichern/ausdrucken)

ja das hätte ich vorher wissen sollen das es so ein problem ist, ich habe jetzt mal cex.io angeschrieben mal schauen
