I am afraid Foxpup is right. There are demonstrations that quantum entanglement can't be used to send messages faster than light (no "Bell's telephone"). The details of the demonstrations are complicated, but the core point is simple: entanglement only "works" if you leave quantum randomness alone, and you can't send a signal with random noise.
