I know MintPal has had some problems migrating to version 2 of their website. What is the status of the site? Which coins are having trouble with transfers and trading?
You can't win if you don't play. But you can't play if you lose all your chips. First I found bitcoin (BTC). Then I found something better, Monero (XMR). See GetMonero.org

Almost 1 week and still my username and email is not in their database.
Contact support is useless , there is no answer from them.

there's problems with faircoin deposits even after so many confirms balance still shows 0.

You are talking about deposits when I am getting this error when opening the main page:

"MintPal is currently down for urgent bug fixes, and is additionally moving to new management (away from Moopay LTD). A statement will follow shortly."

Are you able to login?
