If he withrew then you have nothing to do , Bitcoin is a irreversible payment method so there is no chargebacks .
However the question is ... why on the world you deal with someone who have shitload of negative trust from DefaultTrust members ? Undecided

Just so it dosen't happen next time , make sure to use an escrow from the forums , a trusted member .

You can buy a paypal business account (stealth, hacked, or legitmate) for like $20 in darkweb. Even if he had done the deal my god youre an idiot.
