Wow you still didn't understand, that this site and funding has nothing to do with me and I am not the owner of cryptome.org nor of newsweeklied.com.
Your stupidity really amazes me.

my first reply to you never called you a scammer.. but as soon as you defended it, the way scammers defend their hard work, made me assume you were behind it.. even now all you can do is insult people while continuing to defend something that has too many loose threads..

basically, next time dont just read a news article and post it. atleast read it, think about it and look into how plausible it sounds. and then when other find flaws just reply "dont kill the messenger" as its a known correlation that when a scam is posted on the forum, its usually the poster thats the first suspect.

even in crimes like injury or murder, the first suspect is usually the one that gets very emotionally defensive (closest family/relative/spouse)

You were completely wrong and you don't have the guts to simply admit it.

WOW AGD.. you are so defensive about this post.

answering everyone's argument about legitimacy and at the same time claiming you have nothing to do with it.

IT IS VERY CLEAR AGD IS BEHIND THE SITE AND FAKE FUND.

PATHETIC SCAMMER! hope you rot in your mothers basement.

Sorry you are late with your conclusion, buddy. Franky1 already has found out, that I am John Young, owner of cryptome.org and I am using my site to scam people. PM him for more delicate details about my life. He knows everything.

You mean he is a scammer because he is defending Dorian Nakamoto vs Newsweek or do you have other insider informations?Huh
I hope he wins and becomes a millionare.
I would consider the attorney to be a scammer. It is pretty rare that attorneys will attempt to crowd-fund a legal "defense" fund for someone when they are suing another company like this. It is much more common for attorneys to work on a contingent fee basis that would allow them to get paid only if they win the case or if the case is settled out of court (they are usually entitled to more then the standard 1/3 of damages and will also be reimbursed for any costs they incur out of the settlement).

I would say that his attorney had doubts as to if he can win a case but wants to take it on anyway because he thinks the bitcoin community will fund the cost of litigation.

I also think the legal theory behind a potential lawsuit against newsweek is dubious at best. I certainly do not agree with how newsweek handled the situation, is an example of poor investigative journalism, however is certainly not an example of a tort against Dorian.

The fact that Dorian is wiling to attempt to pursue such a lawsuit is, in my eyes proof that he is not Satashi as I would think that Satashi would be able to clearly see that this is not a valid case.

I also find it strange that money is being raised for a "defense" fund when Dorian is not putting on a defense but rather is filing a lawsuit.

Franky1, you made yourself a clown already and you still don't get it. Don't make it worse with your ridiculous comments.
Next time when you read something on the net, first check, if it could be legit before you accuse somebody to be a scammer and a low life.

OffTopicCliffs:

- I post a link to Dorian Nakamotos/Lawers funding website
- Franky1 thinks its fake and a scam
- I post another link to a file on crptome.org to verify that it looks legit to me
- Franky1 offenses me and accuses me beeing a scammer and the owner of cryptome.org (famous freedom of speech website since 1996. Owner: John Young)
- Big press worldwide already released the story about Dorian and his defense fund, but Franky1 still thinks its all a scam/fake and that I am the head behind it. He even thinks that I am the one who is sending the news to sites like coinbase, cnet, nzz, spiegel and calls them all "crap media"
- Later Franky1 realizes, that he was completely wrong, but is unable to admit it. Instead he is making me responsible for his foolish comments.

franky1 is right about, that you acted like a scammer and we still can't know, if you are associated with Kirschner & Associates. How did you even find that site?

I wouldn't send a single Satoshi to this adress for reasons already mentioned here.
Even when Dorian is behind it, it seems like some law firm is trying to take advantage  of him, which pretty much confirms, that he is not SN, but some really naiv person. They most probably baited him with promises of fame and money.

You might be right with your conclusion about Dorian and Kirschner, but that I am associated with them is wrong and makes no sense. Where did I act like a scammer anyway? Just because I posted the second link to cryptome to verify that the link I posted was legit? Because right after that Franky1 called me a scammer and a low life and even thought I was the owner of cryptome, which is the most ridicolous bullshit I heard in a long time.
I simply found this link on cryptome, checked it and then I posted it, because it is bitcoin related.

As you think Frank1 is right, you also might think that I am the owner of cryptome, who is using his freedom of speech site to scam donators in the name of Dorian Nakamoto. This is worth a new topic in "Speculation" ...

Well it did seem like a scam at first.  However I read one of the links OP posted:

http://www.coindesk.com/dorian-nakamoto-launches-legal-fund-refute-newseek-claims/

There's a tweet linked there from Andreas Antonopoulos and he says it's legit.  The article says he spoke with him recently.

The lawyer seems pretty sketchy though...

If Andreas is giving the okay then I suppose it's alright then but I'll be watching.

The quote that Andreas substantiated this is not true, look at his Twitter.

"@DanielJonss @DorianSatoshi It may however be a scam by the lawyer against Dorian. I am highly suspicious of the intentions of the lawyer"
https://twitter.com/aantonop/status/521854456829186048

So, Andreas supports our suspicions.

This looked dodgy to me from the get go. Hope this isn't true about the lawyer as that is very sketchy. Hopefully he isn't just trying to take advantage of Dorian. I hope he doesnt get him involved in a costly legal case that he could lose.
