Does anyone know something about this? If you can and how to invest? Is it through ASX? If so, how? What do you think about this?

Stratis: Same supply as Ethereum + Masternodes + ICOs + Bitcoin a Core Dev. 90% cheaper than Eth. Do the math.

Sorry I was in a rush when I posted this.

Here is the link for the new:

Link to Bitcoin Group:

Link to Bitcoin Reserve:

Apparently both share the same CEO. I too don't know much about it so I decided to share this, maybe anyone can give us some more info? From what I understood they provide investment services.

I just wanted to know more about these guys and what they do and also if anyone (for example, someone from outside Australia) could invest on their IPO and also, very importantly, how.

Could you elaborate on that?

No Prospectus yet.  If you go to the group's website, they talk vaguely about stuff like 'arbitrage', 'exchange platform' (site Huh), 'investment', 'mining', there's little elaboration on the site on any of that.  What am I really buying?  What's really in that business?  Where's the revenue? cost? profit?!  I see none of that stuff.

personally I would never invest in such a thing, if successful and hope would be will help bitcoin exposure I think.
hopefully it is not a disaster as will reflect badly

far better to invest a little of what you can afford into bitcoin itself imho

Never heard of this at all. If I was you, I would invest money into Bitcoin directly yourself. Learn how to acquire coins from an exchange then learn how too safely store it offline.

Well, there main source of revenue is mining. It might not be a good investment for long term.

Hi Guys, Sam Lee here, CEO of Bitcoin Group Limited.

Sorry, I'm a bit late to the party.

We have had strong interest and are confident to meet all ASX requirements for our IPO, but we're not there yet, as we're in the final stages of working on our prospectus and will have it out as soon as it's approved by the relevant government bodies.

Look forward to sharing with you the prospectus when it's ready.
