current development status is:
A. we have started with development of PoSA3 (POSA1 + decentralized coinjoin mixing service).
   - As a first step we are currently working on encrypted data transfer between nodes

B. we got 1 offer from one additional developer to finish PoSa4 (one-time-ring-signatures (OTRS) based on the CryptoNote codebase) we negotiate now about more details
- UPDATE: We have just had an informal interview with the developer we were looking to hire. We have decided not to take him on and will continue our search for a developer to complete PoSA4.
