it depends what your looking for i base everything on VPS environments because its easier for me and you get more for your money
that said now im moving up in the world i can through something together for as little as $5 something like a wordpress blog on a ultra small VPS this means youd get myphp and mysql just remove the wordpress part or build it yourself from the ground up on debian.now im on dedicated servers im incredibly flexible so drop me a pm with what youd like

I ended up using qhoster.com, I got what I needed.

I got an Unlimited bandwidth pack with 10Gb(too much, only using like 2Gb) with a free lifetime domain
all for $2.89pm - I had a coupon but I forgot to apply it.

Namecheap is a large hosting company that accepts bitcoins. I would NEVER buy a hosting package from any of the users here, you will run into nothing but problems.
