No, and why would any HYIP owner agree with you? I would rather not label my site as a HYIP in the first place, as investing in mining altcoins and then converting them via trading is hardly any risk at all. THOUGH because the site is layed out and operate the way it is, it would be accused as a HYIP if it wasn't labelled this, hence, why I have to use the lable HYIP and put it in the gambling area.

Sure, on a user point of view your statement would be correct, but users are not the business owners, so they do not know if the investment is worthy or not.

So far it's been very profitable even with the smaller investments
