You need to understand that 35 LTC is not enough to cover market fluctuations. No one will accept that as collateral, since it isn't enough, and it will be liquidated if it drops below a certain value. Welcome to the world of lending.

Your 35 LTC is only worth around .35 BTC but you are asking for .4 BTC. At the very minimum you are asking for a .35 collateral loan and a .05 non-collateral loan, however most lenders will ask for at least 120% collateral so you are really asking for a ~.29 collateral loan and a .11 non-collateral loan.

I would suggest that you either lower your amount requested or increase your collateral, especially considering that you are asking that the collateral not be sold in the event of a price decline.

I will charge 15% interest (.322 will be due in one month). I agree to not sell your collateral as long as you keep the signature and BTC address of my choice, in the event that you change your signature or BTC address, the collateral will be sold, .322 will be sent to me from escrow, and the rest will be sent to you (or if the collateral is worth less then .322, the difference will be due me immediately). I can cover any escrow fees for this loan.
