Looking to buy 28 btc. I can pay with pay pal. Also I can pay with a wells fargo transfer if you have feedback and if you have a WF account (so it can be instant, maybe not its the weeked[?]). If I can get mtgavg rates that would be great.

I have some feedback from OTC and have done even more of my transactions here on the forum, in fact if anyone is around I have dealt with before, that would be preferable. (you guys should really get some sort of feedback on the site)
