It's up again.

Well, the front page was, but when I tried to login, I got:

Error 500: Internal Server Error

Sorry, the requested URL 'https://bitnz.com/auth/login' caused an error:

Internal Server Error

I wonder if the guy who runs this still has our money...

He is not very responsive, I've sent him an E-mail several times, asking also other things, and he responded just once, with a short sentence that their webhost is down (which I already know).

An exchange being down for over 48 hours without explanation is not a very good sign...

Apparently the issue is now resolved - http://secure.quickweb.co.nz/system/announcements.php?id=48 - I am guessing the bitNZ admin is simply busy with other commitments atm

I found it down over the weekend, and has been slow the last couple of days.  Assumes Daniel had been busy or was having problems.

I like it as an exchange because of it's quirks, but it shouldn't be much surprise that I use it pretty much exclusively for selling.

(I also do some OTC NZD transactions, but not too many - the market locally is fairly small)

edit: tried to get in to access some coins - errored.
